Ford launches the markets for an electric version of the new 2012 Focus. Beginning in late 2011, the car will be offered in Atlanta, Austin and Houston, Texas, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Detroit, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, New York City, Orlando, Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona.

Hohm is a free cloud-based web service managing energy consumption for US only service (!) and one of the ideas is to  help drivers of plug-in cars automatically manage recharging their vehicles.
